【ご宿泊/予約について】

チェックインはどのようにしますか？　部屋の鍵はありますか？

セルフチェックインになります。レセプションに設置のタッチパネルの指示の通りチェックインをお願いします。また、エントランスの暗証番号はホステルの予約時にメールにて通知します。

キャンセリングポリシーを教えてください

3日前からキャンセル料が掛かりますのでご留意ください。

予約なしでも泊まれますか？

部屋に空きがあれば泊まれます。こちらのHP経由で予約或いはMail等でご連絡ください。

チェックインの時間は何時までですか？　チェックアウトの時間は何時ですか？

チェックインは15:00～21：00になります。チェックアウトは11:00になります。

門限はありますか？

門限は設けていませんが、20時以降は近隣にご配慮頂きお静かにお戻りください。

【ロケーションについて】

コンビニは近くにありますか？

コンビニは徒歩1分で便利です。

観光地は近いですか？

陣屋は徒歩1分、そこから朝市、ふるい街並みが続きます。また高山駅バスターミナルから上高地、平湯、「世界遺産の」白川郷、下呂温泉などに旅行出来ます。

温泉は近くにありますか?

市内の温泉施設は徒歩3分～10分に2件御座います。また、平湯など奥飛騨温泉郷、下呂温泉に高山駅バスターミナルから日帰り旅行が可能です。

【ホステルの設備/サービスについて】

ラウンジや小庭（Patio）は使えますか？

U.G.の宿泊者はご利用いただけます。備え付けのハンモックも利用できます。

インターネットは使えますか？インターネットTVは使えますか？

FREE WIFIが使えます。各室のインターネットTVはご自身でログインの上利用できます。

ホテルアメニティは有りますか？

各部屋に部屋履きサンダル(ギフト)、ボディタオル、歯ブラシ、シャンプー/コンディショナーを用意しています。その他の環境に配慮したアメニティは、フロントのアメニティBARより必要数をお取りください。

ダブルベッド、小上がり(セミダブル)、ロフト(セミダブル)には何人宿泊できますか？

ダブルベッドは１～2名、セミダブル/ロフトは1名になります。ロフトのご利用はHida Grand Sanctuary/Hida Zen Riseでは3名様より、Hida Cozyでは2名様からご利用になります。

Hida Zen Riseの小上がりではマットレスを動かし、畳部屋として使えますか?

チェックイン時は小上がりにベッドメークした状態ですが、3つ折りに畳み部屋に立て掛けて、和モダンな畳部屋としてお楽しみいただけます。

環境に配慮した清掃、タオルやシーツ交換とはどのようなものでしょうか？

環境配慮の “UG Eco Friendly Initiatives”としてエコ清掃を行っています。

エコ清掃とは；

  1. リネン(シーツ、デュベ、枕カバー）のお直しを毎日実施します。
  2. ゴミ回収、シャワールーム/トイレ清掃、床のバキューム掛けを毎日実施しますが、床の水拭きなどの完全清掃はUG判断で適宜実施致します。
  3. タオルは交換が必要なものを指定のバッグにお入れください。

※3日毎にリネン交換、完全清掃を実施します。
※エコ清掃にご協力頂きました際は感謝のギフトを進呈させて頂きます。

部屋での飲食は可能ですか?

ラウンジやＣａｆｅ祐成での飲食を推奨します。室内設置のテーブルでの軽食は可能ですが、ベッドの上での飲食はお控えください。備え付けのポッドも利用できます。ルームサービスは行っておりません。

バスタブはありますか？

シャワーブースになります。尚、美容効果が高く浴びるスキンケアと言われているFine Bubbleのシャワーヘッドを全室に導入しています。

予約なしで朝食はとれますか？また、軽食や飲み物、昼食、夕食はとれますか？

予約なしでもラウンジや隣接の祐成Caféの小庭(Patio)で朝食出来ます。また軽食/ランチや飲み物の注文も可能です。夜時間の運営は御座いませんが、不定期でピザ窯利用やBBQの希望を承ります。

エレベーターはありますか？

全て階段になりますので、予約時にはご留意をお願いします。

駐車場はありますか？喫煙所はありますか？

駐車場は御座いません。また全施設内、禁煙とさせて頂いています。

レンタサイクルは有りますか？

台数に限りがありますのでラウンジやCaféでの予約をお勧めします。返却時間は１8:00迄になります。

荷物預かりはありますか？

荷物預かりはお引き受けしていませんが、JR高山駅のコインロッカーや荷物預かり場所等を紹介いたします。

How do I check in? Is there a room key?

Check-in is self-service. Please follow the instructions on the touchscreen at reception. Access code of entrance will be sent via email upon booking.

What is your cancellation policy?

A cancellation fee applies from 3 days before your scheduled stay.

Can I stay without a reservation?

Yes, if rooms are available. Please book through our website or contact us via email.

What are the check-in and check-out times?

Check-in is from 15:00 to 21:00. Check-out is by 11:00.

Is there a curfew?

There is no curfew, but please return quietly after 8 PM out of respect for our neighbors.

Is there a convenience store nearby?

Yes, just a 1-minute walk away.

Are there tourist attractions nearby?

Jinya is just a 1-minute walk away, leading to the morning market and old town streets. From Takayama Station Bus Terminal, you can travel to Kamikochi, Hirayu, Shirakawa-go (World Heritage site), and Gero Onsen.

Are there hot springs nearby?

Two hot spring facilities are located within a 3–10 minuteｓ walk. Day trips to Hirayu Onsen and Gero Onsen are also possible from Takayama Station Bus Terminal.

Can I use the lounge and patio?

Yes, guests of U.G. are welcome to use both, including the hammocks provided.

Is internet available? Can I use internet TV?

Free Wi-Fi is available. Internet TV is accessible in each room by logging in with your own account.

Are hotel amenities provided?

Each room includes indoor sandals (gift), body towels, toothbrushes, and shampoo/conditioner. Additional eco-friendly amenities are available at the Amenity Bar near the front desk.

How many people can sleep in each bed type?

Double beds accommodate 1–2 guests. Semi-double mattress/loft are for 1 guest. Lofts beds are available for in case of 3 or more guests in Hida Grand Sanctuary / Hida Zen Rise, and for 2 or more guests in Hida Cozy.

Can the raised tatami area in Hida Zen Rise be used as a traditional tatami room?

Yes. While the semi-double mattress is made upon check-in, the mattress can be folded and placed upright to enjoy the space as a modern Japanese-style tatami room.

What is eco-friendly cleaning and linen/towel replacement?

In line with our “UG Eco-friendly initiatives”, room cleaning will be provided as follows;

  1. Linen (sheets, duvet covers, pillowcases) are tidied every day without replacement.
  2. Towels placed in the exchange bag will be replaced. Otherwise towels considered reused.
  3. Trash is collected, shower rooms and toilets are cleaned, and vacuum rooms every day, and other detailed cleaning, such as floor mopping takes place when deemed necessary.

※Full linen replacement and complete room cleaning will be provided every 3days.
※ UG appreciate cooperation on “UG Eco-friendly Initiatives”, and guest will receive a small thank-you gift.

Can I eat and drink in the room?

We recommend it in the lounge or Café Sukenari. Light meals at the in-room table are allowed, but please refrain from eating on the bed. A kettle is available in each room. Room service is not provided.

Are bathtubs available?

Rooms are equipped with shower booths. All showers feature Fine Bubble showerheads, known for their skincare benefits.

Can I have breakfast without a reservation? Are other meals available?

Yes, breakfast is available without a reservation in the lounge or at the adjacent Café Sukenari patio. Light meals, lunch, and drinks can also be ordered. While dinner service is not provided, pizza oven or BBQ options may be available upon request.

Is there an elevator?

No, all access is via stairs. Please consider this when booking.

Is parking available? Is there a smoking area?

No parking is available. The entire facility is non-smoking.

Do you offer bicycle rentals?

Yes, but availability is limited. We recommend to book at the lounge or Café Sukenari in advance. Bicycles must be returned by 18:00.

Can I store my luggage?

We do not offer luggage storage, but we can guide you to coin lockers and storage services at JR Takayama Station.
